Masterclass: The neuroscience of persuasion - obtaining buy-in from diverse stakeholder groups New York, NY June 12-13, 2025

Participants will learn to modify their persuasive communications to be optimally effective for different types of people. Drawing on recent research in neuroscience, participants will be trained to recognize different categories of persuasive challenges, and practical techniques will be demonstrated for a variety of board level stakeholders.

At a time when leadership requires less emphasis on giving orders and more of a focus on building consensus, personal persuasiveness and the ability to negotiate effectively have become critical skills for success. This program focuses on practical skills and immediate application to participants' real-world challenges.
